Yes, we work with homeowners, property managers, strata committees, builders, business owners and commercial operators. Each service has its own dedicated team trained for both residential and commercial environments.

Are your teams insured?


Yes. Byron Pro Group is fully insured across all three services. We're happy to provide documentation on request.

Do you subcontract any of your work?

No. Every job is carried out by our own teams – over 60 people employed directly by Byron Pro Group. No subcontractors, no last-minute fill-ins.

Gardening.

What gardening services do you offer?


We cover lawn mowing and maintenance, hedge trimming and shrub pruning, weeding and pest control, mulching and planting, irrigation system installation, ride-on mowing and slashing, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, rubbish removal, garden tidy-ups and turf installation. Basically, if it's outdoors, we can help.

Do you have your own machinery?

Yes – all of it. We use our own professional-grade equipment across every job, including battery-powered tools for day-to-day maintenance and a ride-on mower for larger lawns and commercial spaces. No borrowed gear, no shortcuts. We invest in the right equipment because it shows in the results.

Can you manage our garden on a regular schedule?

Yes – regular maintenance programs are actually what we do best. We'll assess your property, agree on a schedule that suits you, and show up consistently. You'll always know when we're coming.

Do you work with strata and apartment complexes?

Yes. We regularly maintain shared garden spaces for residential complexes and apartment buildings across the Northern Rivers. In partnership with Byron Pro Cleaning, we can also provide a complete indoor and outdoor property management service.

Do you also provide irrigation systems?

Yes – we supply and install. We source the right products for your landscape, plant types and water usage needs, and take care of the full installation from start to finish. We also provide ongoing maintenance to keep everything running efficiently year-round.

Can you supply any kind of turf?

Anything that is available on the market, we can get it. We will definitely advise on the best type of turf for your garden – shaded gardens may require a different type of turf to those that receive full sun throughout the day.

Do you remove garden waste after each visit?

This depends on the service package. For regular maintenance programs, green waste removal can be included. For one-off tidy-ups and rubbish removal jobs, it's part of the service. We'll confirm what's included with your quote.

Cleaning.

What types of cleaning do you offer?

We cover after builders cleans, commercial and office cleaning, residential home cleaning, bond cleans, Airbnb and short-stay turnovers, window cleaning and high-access cleaning. Each service has its own approach – we come prepared for the job.

What's included in an after builders clean?

We take care of render splatter on windows, grout haze on tiles, paint marks on floorboards, fine dust and debris, and surface detailing throughout kitchens, bathrooms and interiors. We leave the space ready for handover or move-in.

Can you clean Airbnb properties between guest stays?

Yes – fast, reliable turnovers are something we do regularly across the Northern Rivers. We clean, reset and prepare your property between guests so every stay starts fresh. Get in touch to discuss a recurring program.

Can you handle high-access window cleaning?

Yes. We're equipped with scaffolding and safety gear for multi-storey buildings and hard-to-reach windows on both residential and commercial properties.

How do I prepare my space before a clean?


For most cleans, you don't need to do anything. For after builders cleans, we just need safe access to the site. We'll confirm any requirements when we book the job.

Do you work with strata and property managers?

Yes – and we have experience with the specific requirements of strata properties. In partnership with Byron Pro Gardening, we can also provide a complete outdoor maintenance program as part of a managed property package.
