Originally from Argentina, Franco studied Business Administration and gained experience through several entrepreneurial ventures and a role in project management.
After moving to Australia, Franco completed his painting qualifications and worked as a professional painter before founding Byron Pro Painting. As the company grew, he expanded into cleaning and gardening services, leading to the creation of Byron Pro Group.
Today, Franco oversees the group’s strategy and growth, with a strong focus on quality, reliability and delivering a professional experience for every client.
Marcos holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He moved to Australia in 2017 on what was meant to be a two-month trip – and never left. Byron Bay’s community and lifestyle convinced him to make it home.
After several years in manufacturing, working across production management and administration, Marcos made the shift into services – partnering with close friends to bring quality, reliable service to the Bay. The venture is built on fair work practices, respect, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Today, Marcos leads the group’s administrative operations and oversees the day-to-day management of the cleaning service, ensuring every job meets the standard the team set out to deliver.
With close to four years at Byron Pro Group, Alex has grown from painter to Head of Painting on the strength of his technical skill and natural ability to lead a team. A certified painter with an intuitive eye for detail, he ensures every job — from residential interiors to large commercial projects — is delivered with the finish and professionalism the group is known for.
As Head of Cleaning, Marcos oversees the day-to-day operations of the cleaning division: managing teams, coordinating schedules and maintaining clear communication with clients. He understands that cleaning jobs often come with tight timelines, and ensures every job is delivered efficiently and to the standard the group is built around.
Marcos built his career in landscaping and garden maintenance, working across residential, commercial and high-end properties in Sydney and the Northern Rivers. As Co-Founder of Byron Pro Group, he leads Byron Pro Gardens and oversees the group’s field operations, coordinating teams and projects while ensuring high standards of quality, reliability and professionalism across every property.
